Who We Are-
Righteous Wellness
Righteous Wellness was named in honor of Dr. Neal’s late grandmother, Carrie Louise Righteous-Neal, a woman of unwavering faith, strength, and compassion. Her wisdom, resilience, and nurturing spirit continue to shape the heart of this practice.
The name “Righteous” reflects not only her spiritual foundation but also a commitment to doing right by every person who walks through our doors — with care, integrity, and purpose. Her influence lives on in the way we serve, empower, and support others on their journey to better health and performance.
At Righteous Wellness, we don’t just treat pain — we uplift people. We believe in reigniting health, restoring confidence, and helping each person feel seen, heard, and valued.
ROOTED IN PURPOSE…POWERED BY LEGACY.
FAITHFULLY SERVING…PURPOSEFULLY HEALING.
