Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral?
No, you do not need a referral to access our services. Chiropractors can serve as your primary care physician, so simply book an initial evaluation and treatment to get started.
Do you accept insurance?
We currently accept insurance only for qualifying personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. At this time, we do not accept private health insurance. Many traditional health insurance plans do not cover the full range of care that patients actually need, such as mobility training, soft tissue work, and extended recovery sessions. These plans can also lead to surprise bills, limited visits, and restricted treatment options. By offering affordable and transparent cash rates, we can focus on providing the care that works best for you—rather than just what an insurance policy approves. This means better results, more freedom, and no billing headaches. You'll know exactly what each visit will cost prior to your appointment.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We currently accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and Afterpay for eligible services. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. For personal injury and workers' compensation cases, services will be billed directly to the insurance company or attorney for payment.
I want to come, but I don’t think I can afford it. What can I do?
At Righteous Wellness, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare. That’s why we offer flexible session lengths, package deals, and seasonal promotions to help make treatment more affordable. We also provide Afterpay, allowing you to break costs into smaller payments. If cost is a concern, please reach out—I'm here to help you find a solution that fits your goals and budget.
I’m afraid of the chiropractor, do I have to get adjusted? What should I expect?
Many people feel this way at first, and you’re not alone. Your first visit is all about understanding you! We’ll review your health history, discuss your current concerns and goals, and conduct a movement-based assessment. From there, we will create a personalized care plan just for you. Chiropractic adjustments are not a requirement. We offer a variety of non-adjustment services, such as assisted stretching, soft tissue release, and mobility work, which can be just as effective for many issues. You can view the full list of services under the "Services" tab.
If you are unsure or feeling nervous, we’ll discuss your options and choose the path that feels right for you. Expect a supportive, no-pressure experience designed to help you feel better and become the best version of yourself.

For those who prefer not to be seen at their location, we also see patients by appointment only at our partner facility, 700 N. 7th St. Monroe, LA 71201.
